Efficient and Eco-friendly Mobile Crushing and Screening Solution
Brazil is one of the most important markets in Latin America for the mining and construction material industries. With rapid urbanization and infrastructure expansion, the demand for high-quality aggregates continues to rise. To meet customer requirements for high efficiency, automation, and energy saving, Henan Ruimingxuan Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. designed a 300TPH mobile crushing and screening plant for a client in Brazil. The project has been successfully commissioned and has been operating steadily for over six months.

Project Background and Client Requirements
The client, based in São Paulo, Brazil, operates a large aggregate and concrete production company. Their previous fixed crushing line had high installation costs, poor flexibility, and long construction time. The client sought a mobile crushing solution using both tire-type and crawler-type stations to achieve flexible production and rapid deployment.
After site inspection and technical discussions, our engineering team proposed a customized process suited for local materials (mainly granite and basalt) and desired output sizes (0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, 20–31.5mm).
Equipment Configuration and Process Flow
Raw materials are fed into the mobile jaw crusher → conveyed to the cone crusher for secondary crushing → partially sent to the VSI sand maker for fine shaping → screened into multiple aggregate sizes. All stages are controlled via a centralized PLC system for real-time monitoring and adjustment.

Key Advantages
- High Flexibility and Mobility – Mobile stations can be relocated easily without heavy foundation work, reducing installation time to just 15 days.
- Energy Saving and Eco-friendly – Electric drive system with noise and dust suppression ensures compliance with environmental standards.
- Smart Control – Intelligent monitoring enables real-time production optimization and remote diagnostics.
- Excellent Product Quality – Optimized sand shaping and screening guarantee cubic aggregates with ideal gradation.
- Local Support – Our service station in Brazil provides spare parts, on-site training, and 24/7 technical assistance.
Production Performance
After commissioning, the plant achieved a stable output of 280–320 tons per hour, with utilization above 95%. The final products meet Brazilian Standard NBR 7211 for aggregates.
Through the successful implementation of this 300TPH mobile aggregate project, Mining alliance machineryhas demonstrated its technical strength and engineering capability in the mobile crushing field.
