Russia, with its vast territory and complex infrastructure demands, especially in Siberia and the Far East, requires construction equipment with high capacity and adaptability. In 2023, Mining Alliance supplied a YHZS90 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant to a Russian engineering company specializing in cross-regional projects. The equipment was primarily used for a railway expansion project.

The YHZS90 batching plant boasts a capacity of 90 cubic meters per hour and features a modular design, making it easy to transport and install. In Russia’s harsh winters, insulation is crucial. Mining Alliance customized the plant with heating and insulation systems for both the mixer and aggregate conveyors, ensuring consistent concrete quality even at temperatures as low as -30°C.

According to the client, the YHZS90 performed reliably over long-term operation. The advanced automation system significantly reduced manual workload and improved overall efficiency. Its energy-efficient design and high mixing performance also saved considerable fuel and operating costs. This project not only facilitated the smooth progress of the railway construction but also helped Mining Alliance establish a stronger presence in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
