In northern Vietnam, our company successfully delivered a 150t/h tire-type mobile crushing station for a large-scale infrastructure project. This equipment integrates crushing, screening, and conveying functions, allowing rapid deployment at mining or construction sites for on-demand production. The project site features complex terrain, with some construction areas located near rivers and hills, making installation and mobility of fixed crushing equipment difficult. The tire-type mobile crushing station, with its modular design, can be quickly relocated between quarries, significantly improving construction efficiency.

Not only does the tire-type mobile crushing station offer rapid relocation, but it also allows flexible adjustment of crushing processes according to site requirements. A jaw crusher is used for primary crushing to handle large rocks, while a cone or impact crusher performs secondary or tertiary crushing, ensuring uniform particle size and well-graded aggregates. The vibrating screen and conveyor system enable automatic classification and efficient material handling, allowing a continuous workflow from crushing to loading.

The plant is equipped with an intelligent control system, enabling operators to adjust operational parameters, monitor output, and track energy consumption remotely, reducing manual intervention and ensuring safe operations. Wear-resistant parts are made from high-performance materials, maintaining stability under continuous high-load production. Field tests show a daily output of over 150t of high-quality aggregates, ready for use in concrete pouring, road paving, and bridge construction, saving significant transportation and construction costs.

This project demonstrates the advantages of mobile crushing stations in flexible production, site adaptability, and efficient continuous operation. For Vietnam’s future infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, railways, and large-scale buildings, tire-type mobile crushing stations offer a reliable, high-efficiency production solution, reducing investment and operational risks for construction companies.
