To meet the strict requirements of concrete production, road base construction, and other civil engineering applications, the client partnered with MiningAlliance to build a 200–250 t/h granite crushing plant.

Process Flow

  • Granite is evenly fed into the primary crusher through the GF vibrating feeder.
  • The PEW jaw crusher reduces large rocks into smaller pieces suitable for secondary crushing.
  • The HPT cone crusher performs secondary/tertiary crushing, ensuring excellent grain shape and efficiency.
  • Crushed materials are screened by S5X and SL screens to produce various aggregate sizes.
  • Oversized materials return to the cone crusher for re-crushing in a closed loop.
