SMP Modular Crushing Plant offers a highly convenient solution for rapid production. Each part of the plant and the project layout are designed in advance. As to project delivery and test-run, it is 30%-40% quicker than traditional crushing plants. MiningAlliance has designed 12 types of standard combinations and 27 types of MP modules. Each standard SMP plant consists of 4-7 MP modules, with capacities ranging from 75 to 450t/h.
Quarries, metallurgical mines, construction materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, chemical industries, and more. Mainly used for crushing, screening and reshaping of various stone materials and building wastes.
The installation of the SMP crushing plant is effortlessly convenient, requiring only a minimal amount of concrete or even no concrete foundation at all.
Each module comes with sled-type supports, ensuring ease of on-site installation for customers. Customizable electrical control devices can be fitted based on specific requirements.
It features a larger silo volume than a mobile crusher and is equipped with a standard intermediate buffer silo. This ensures stable feeding to the crusher, enabling continuous production and enhancing efficiency.
By freely combining MP modules, users can create personalized production lines or upgrade existing old production lines for expanded capacity.
It boasts a short delivery time, with an overall delivery period typically lasting only 2-3 months.
The SMP Crushing Plant, when equipped with the VSI crusher module, excels at producing cubic aggregates.
